The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) is a professional body for customer service they lead the way in terms of setting service standards. By supporting organisational and individual performance through delivering service excellence. Essilor Ltd has been a member of the ICS for 7 years and has over the past three years been a finalist for 11 customer service awards.
Each year we strive to continuously improve our business to focus on being the best business partner to our customers. The recognition we receive from being a finalist supports all the work the team is doing to deliver quality service to you our customers.
