Total Satisfaction
If your customer is not 100% happy with their personalised lenses they can return them to you within 12 months of the collection date. You then have 14 months from the date of dispatch to return them to us for a credit.
Loss and Breakage
If your customer breaks their lenses, they can return the lenses to you within 12 months of the collection date for a like for like replacement. You can then return them to us and order a replacement pair. Similarly, if your customer loses their glasses, they can claim a replacement pair under this guarantee. In Both instances we will charge you £40/€40 for the replacement pair so that you can offer new lenses to your customers at a lower price.
This guarantee is applicable on personalised lenses which are either frame fitting parameters (f-360° / E2), Near Vision Behaviour, Eyecode or AVA.
