Retina 800

Essilor Branded Optometry - Extended Warranty 

 
Extended warranty is available on Essilor branded optometry
equipment and covers product components only, excluding
consumables. It also covers service engineer callout and travel
rates ensuring that any future maintenance costs are kept to
a minimum. Service engineer labour charges will still apply at the
standard rate of £90 / Hr. Extended warranty does not cover
equipment that hasn’t been maintained in accordance with the
manufacturer’s guidelines.

Lens Edging Equipment - Platinum Service Plan


Available for all Essilor edging systems that are under 6 years old.

For complete peace of mind, Platinum Service Cover not only ensures
that your machine is given a preventative maintenance service but it
also entitles you to our unrivalled Priority Technical Support for calls
reported before 2pm (Monday – Friday).

All customers have direct phone access to our team of highly trained
service engineers to aid speed of response.
