Optometry Service Plan

  • Comprehensive cover on all Essilor branded optometry equipment
  • Annual health check to ensure your equipment is properly calibrated and certified
  • Covered for all replacement parts

Two packages available:

1) Parts only cover - where the call out, travel and labour rates still apply.

2) Full cover - NO call out charge, NO travel charge and NO labour charge.

Platinum Service for lens edging equipment

  • Avaliable for all Essilor edging systems that are under 6 years old
  • Inlcude a prevenative maintenance service
  • Priority technical support for calls reported before 2pm Monday to Friday 
  • No call out charge 
  • 50% discount on travel charge
  • 20% discount on component parts
