e-Store frequently asked questions

Understanding what's new

 

Log in

How do I log in to the e-Store?


Click on e-Store in the top right corner. You will be taken to the e-Store. You will have to enter your username (account number) and password.
 

What are my log in details?


Your username is your Essilor account number and your password has been created by Essilor. If you do not have your password please contact our customer services team on 01454 281 281.
 

How can I change my password?

Placing an order

How do I place an order?

 

Log in to the e-Store. Click on the start button below Rx orders. Change your invoice or shipping account if needed. Enter your prescription, select your lens, treatment and add a shape if need be. Click on the calculate button (the cogs) on the right hand side of the screen. If you are happy with the calculation and summary of your order, click send on the right hand side of the screen to place your order.
 

How do I remove precal from an order?

 

Once you have selected the lens you wish to order you will be able to remove precal by unticking the precal box underneath the right and left lens. This will allow you to select your chosen diameter.
 

How do I add decentration to a lens?

 

Switch on decentration in the top right of the patient information and prescription box to enter the decentration required.
 

How do I set up my favourite lenses?

 

Click onto start Rx orders. In the lens selection field you will be able to tick the stars next to your relevant favourite products. Once ticked they will appear in the favourites list in the lens selection making it easier to order the lenses you dispense in practice.
 

How do I set up my initial page once I have logged in?

 

Click on your username in the top right corner of the screen. Select profile. On the initial page drop down select what page you would like to see first each time you log in to the e-Store.


How do I order prism direction in degrees with the prism direction as up, down, in, out?

How do I order a lens with UK Express?


Click onto additional services and click onto UK Express. Enter your prescription, select your lens, treatment and add a shape, if needed. Click on the calculate button (the cogs) on the right hand side of the screen. If you are happy with the calculation and summary of your order, click send on the right hand side of the screen to place your UK Express order.
 

Shape manager

How do I log in to the e-Store? Do I have to upload my shape before placing my order?

 

You can add a shape when placing an order by clicking on add shape in the Shape field .You can also upload a shape before placing your order by clicking on the shape manager.
 

How do I connect my tracer to the shape manager on e-Store

 

The user guide video demonstrating how to connect your tracer to the shape manager is available on the e-Store page.
 

Can I link my tracer to my tablet?

 

It is currently not possible to link your tracer to your tablet. All shapes must be added to your shape manager cloud from a PC and can then be accessed from your tablet.

 

Promotion orders

How do I place a promotion order?


Log in to e-Store. Click on the promotions module. Agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion and click on the promotion. Change your invoice or shipping account if needed. Enter your prescription, select your lens, treatment and add a shape if need be. Click on the calculate button (the cogs) on the right hand side of the screen. If you are happy with the calculation and summary of your order, click send on the right hand side of the screen to place your order.
 

How do I place a multi pair promotion order? 


Order the first pair using the instructions given above.

You can now complete the multi pair order and place pair two.

If you have not yet dispensed pair two yet please order it within the given time frame. You will have to go to the tracking module and click on continue a promotion section. Navigate to your first pair order and under actions select finish promotion. You can now complete your multi pair order and order pair 2.
 

Do I need to order both pairs for the promotion at the same time

How can I complete promotional multi pair order? 


Once you have logged in to e-Store, click on the tracking module and then select continue a promotion in the top navigation. This will then bring up a list of all incomplete promotion orders. Select the patient from the list, under actions click on select and select finish a promotion you can then add their second pair to complete the promotion. 
 

Can I order a pair using a different method? 


Both pairs must be ordered using the same method of ordering. This means if you order your first pair as an uncut or remote edge order on e-Store and then your second pair as a glazed order you must order your glazed order through the promotional portal selecting the ‘frame to follow’ option. 
 

Can I send manual glazing orders? 


If you are order a glazing order please order your lens with your shape, select frame to follow, enter your frame details and send the order. Please send your frame with the order details to your relevant Essilor proximity glazing lab.
